Not only does the carpet look fantastic, they were able to accommodate our VERY tight timeline. Ben who came to our home for measurements was fantastic, even helping to get us the best value. Stuart at the show room helped show options and was very patient. The team of contractors were all fantastic and hardworking to deliver a 5/5 service. We recently had some plumbing work in our basement that required lifting and reinstalling the floor planks. The team was great—Stuart, the owner, and especially Trevor, did an excellent job. Trevor was professional, careful, and made sure everything looked perfect. The floor looks great, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We love our new LVT floor. Ben brought samples to our home and explained the features and benefits of LVT. After the first quote we had room in our budget to add to the scope of work. Easily done and on to the install. The crew was excellent and invited our input for the layout of the tile. They even made friends with our Yappy little Yorkie. One morning I walked into my kitchen and I noticed I had a hill to climb!! Literally I had a bubble of hardwood in the middle of the kitchen!! 😳 I made my calls to the usual omg people as you do !! Finally I decided that at the very least I needed help!!! But who??? I searched and left voice mails of course… but luckily I got a call from Jackie at Simply Dynamic Flooring. To be honest one of the first people to return my call but she ACTUALLY listened; she understood and was curious as well! We scheduled a visit and estimate/consult . Smooth as silk! Professional, understanding and surprisingly affordable. I began to feel as though it was gonna be alright— finally. I am also disabled (so I was not leaving here while the work was happening…) the installer wasn’t even fased—their professionalism transferred through everyone in the process and everyone involved! Everyone and every part of the process wasn’t traumatic— it became a pleasure ! we had plumbing piping issues in our basement.  the simply dynamic guys came out and removed the cork flooring in prep for the plumbers to repair the pipe in concrete. Trevor did a great job of repairing and leveling the concrete that the plumbers had laid, and re-laid the cork flooring.  it looks as good as it did prior to the plumbing issues
